found in your Hspice, Spectre or Eldo Spice models.Easy to use you select the group of parameters you want to set, for instance : (W, L and ID) or (GM, VDSAT and Current/Voltage Mismatch) then it will calculate the other parameters, such as the size or current of your MOS transistor.
